Programme Details
Day 1: Arrival in Tokyo

Arrival:
- Arrive at Tokyo's airport and transfer via private cars to the hotel. Check-in and settle into your rooms.
Evening Tour:
- Visit Shibuya, one of the largest and most famous intersections in the world, for an unforgettable cultural experience and iconic sights.
Day 2: Exploring Tokyo

Morning:
- Start the day by visiting Tokyo Skytree, the tallest structure in Tokyo, to enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the city.
Midday:
- Head to Senso-ji Temple, one of Tokyo’s oldest and most significant temples, to experience the history and spiritual atmosphere.
Afternoon:
- Explore Akihabara, the renowned anime and electronics district, where you can shop for anime merchandise and immerse yourself in Japanese pop culture.
Day 3: Day Trip to Hakone and Mount Fuji

Morning Departure:
- Travel to Hakone, a picturesque city known for its hot springs and stunning views of Mount Fuji.
Activities in Hakone:
- Ride the Hakone Ropeway cable car for spectacular views of Mount Fuji and the surrounding area.
- Take a Lake Cruise across the serene lake to admire the breathtaking scenery and landmarks of the region.
- Experience the unique volcanic black eggs, a local specialty boiled in hot volcanic springs, said to add years to your life.
Evening:
- Return to Tokyo for an overnight stay.
Day 4: Free Day in Tokyo & Travel to Osaka

Morning:
- Enjoy a free day in Tokyo to relax or explore at your own pace.
Optional Activities (at an additional cost):
- Visit Disneyland or DisneySea, world-class theme parks offering thrilling rides and entertainment.
- Go shopping in Tokyo’s famous districts like Ginza, Shibuya, Harajuku, or Akihabara.
Afternoon:
- Take the Shinkansen (bullet train) from Tokyo to Osaka. Enjoy the scenic journey and experience Japan’s efficient high-speed rail system.
Evening:
- Check into the hotel in Osaka and settle into your rooms.
- Begin a tour of Osaka’s famous streets, including: Dotonbori, known for its lively atmosphere, neon signs, and street food. Shinsaibashi, a shopping paradise offering everything from luxury brands to quirky local shops.
Day 5: Free Day in Osaka

Morning & Afternoon:
- A free day in Osaka to explore on your own or join optional activities.
Optional Activities (at an additional cost):
- Visit Universal Studios Japan, a must-see theme park with exciting attractions like Harry Potter World.
Discover Osaka’s cultural and historical gems, such as:
- Osaka Castle, a symbol of the city’s history and resilience.
- Umeda Sky Building, an architectural marvel with stunning city views.
- Shop at Kuromon Ichiba Market for fresh seafood, snacks, and souvenirs.
Evening:
- Unwind at your hotel or enjoy Osaka’s vibrant nightlife, featuring local food specialties like takoyaki and okonomiyaki.
Day 6: Exploring Osaka

Morning:
- Begin a guided tour of Osaka, visiting some of its most iconic landmarks:
- Osaka Castle, a historical treasure and symbol of the city, where you can learn about its rich history and enjoy scenic views from the top.
- Kuromon Market, a vibrant hub for fresh seafood, local delicacies, and unique souvenirs.
Afternoon:
- Visit Koreatown, the largest Korean district in Japan, famous for its cultural influence, delicious Korean street food, and bustling shops.
Evening:
- Free time to explore Osaka’s streets or enjoy a relaxing dinner featuring the city’s renowned dishes, such as takoyaki or okonomiyaki.
Day 7: Day Trip to Kyoto

Morning Departure:
- Travel to Kyoto, Japan's cultural heart, known for its ancient temples, traditional streets, and serene landscapes.
Activities in Kyoto:
- Arashiyama Bamboo Forest, a magical grove of towering bamboo stalks that creates a peaceful and enchanting atmosphere.
- Fushimi Inari Shrine, famous for its 10,000 vibrant red torii gates, offering a picturesque walk through the hillside.
- Gion District, Kyoto’s historic geisha area, known for its traditional wooden machiya houses, tea shops, and cultural performances.
Evening:
- Return to Osaka and relax at the hotel or enjoy the city’s nightlife.

Japan Visa Requirements

Japan Visa Requirements:
- A passport valid for at least 6 months from the travel date, along with a copy.
- Two recent personal photos with a white background (4x6).
- Bank statement for the last 3 months showing a balance of $3,000 or its equivalent in Egyptian pounds.
- Employment letter (HR letter).
- Flight and hotel bookings, application form, and travel itinerary, provided by the company.

Notes
- All hotels in Japan have relatively small room sizes. The selected hotels are chosen based on their prime locations and high customer ratings on popular booking platforms.
- For any special requests from the client, such as: adjacent rooms, connected rooms, upper-floor rooms, rooms with a view, smoking rooms, bed type preferences, etc., these will be subject to the hotel’s availability at the time of check-in. The company will assist the client in accommodating such requests whenever possible.
- Included in the price: ✓ 9 days/8 nights stay at an excellent 3-star hotel in both cities (Tokyo – Osaka).
- The program includes all transfers using public transportation (high-speed train – regular train – bus). A transportation card will be provided on the first day of arrival by the tour supervisor, preloaded with sufficient balance to cover all transportation needs during the program.
